It's been too long since I've posted. It's been busy! Less with photography, more with the other "stuff", but fun stuff like being a mom. Here's some of what we've been doing:

And to my dismay, Mr. O is becoming camera shy. I hate to be that mom with a camera in his face, but I can't miss a moment! I'll take the fake smiles and hiding behind his hands. And as my dad would say, "This photo isn't for you, it's for us." And then... something about just humoring him. Makes you feel guilty, and now I know why he says it!
I will be better about posting starting.... NOW!
Unbelievable. My baby is one today. This had to be the fastest year of my life. (But I do remember a few very late nights that felt like they would never end...) I can't imagine life without her. All of us are so in love with this baby toddler girl!
Happy Birthday Morgan! We love watching you grow even sweeter every day.
I met up with sweet Baby S for her six month pictures on what had to be one of the darkest winter days in Seattle. I was worried that we wouldn't be able to capture her in all of her cuteness. BUT, thanks to a sliding patio door, a white mattress pad (yep, mattress pad), and a bright eyed baby girl, we were able to instantly brighten the day.

Morgan's 1st year album is going to be HUGE! I can't seem to get myself to narrow down any images. And I'm only through photos of her first 6 months!

At 5 months, I really relied on the Bumbo to prop Miss Morgan up for pictures. I was so antsy for her to sit up! There's something about those pudgy sitting baby pictures that I love. Unfortunately, the Bumbo does not give the same effect. I still like these shots, but am glad the Bumbo was short lived.
